The promo of Sajid Nadiadwala’s movie Kambakkth Ishq has its leading stars Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor calling each other canine names.

The movie’s trailer was set to air on television from this weekend but may not go on air because the Censor Board deems it unfit for mass viewing and has given it an ‘A’ certificate.

According to reports the promo has certain objectionable content.

The Board’s regional officer is quoted as saying that the promo as has Kareena calling Akshay “a dog”. Akshay responds to her in same vein by calling her “a *****”. If that’s not objectionable enough there’s a dialogue that says that women are only meant for making love.

Though the above dialogues could be part of the film’s comedy, the Censor Board chose to gave it an ‘A’ certificate because the context of the dialogues is not established in the promos.

It means that the promos can now be shown only in theatres and that too with movies that have ‘A’ certification.

‘Kambakkth Ishq’ is one of the most awaited films of this year. Apart from Akshay and Kareena, it has cameos by Hollywood stars like Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards and Brandon Routh.
