Superstar Ranjikant’s daughter will reportedly dub for the Tamil dialogues of actress Aishwarya Rai in two films.

Ash is presently working in two Tamil flicks – the Shankar-directed Endhiran opposite Rajnikant and director Mani Ratnam’s bilingual film Ravana with hubby Abhishek Bachchan and Vikram . The latter film is being made in Hindi and Tamil.

Aishwarya, who may not be fluent in Tamil but manages to speak the language, has been mouthing her dialogues in Tamil during the shootings. But in the dubbing stages, she would replaced by Aishwarya Rajnikant, daughter of Rajnikant, reports say.
According to the buzz, though Ash is not ignorant of Tamil language she may not be able to capture the subtle expressions of her characters in both films. Therefore, Rajnikant’s daughter has reportedly been approached to dub her dialogues.

While ‘Endhiran’ is touted as one of the most expensive films produced in India, ‘Ravana’ is loosely inspired from The Ramayana. The film’s Hindi version has Ash playing the wife of an encounter specialist (Vikram). Abhishek plays a goon who wants to avenge Vikram and therefore kidnaps Ash and takes her into a forest. There, he slowly falls in love with her.
