Rohit Shetty was on a roll in 2013 with 'Chennai Express' chugging along to become the biggest blockbuster of his career. The director will begin 2014 on a high too. He's flying off to Argentina in February to host the fifth season of the reality TV show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. But Singham 2 that was to flag off in February will now take off in April in Mumbai. This has been mutually decided by Ajay Devgn and Rohit.

However, the reason for the delay is not Shetty's fear-ful innings on the small screen. According to a source Ajay has been busy with Prabhu Dheva's 'Action Jackson'. "Earlier he had planned to wrap up the film by the end of this year and move on to 'Singham 2' by January-February, but that's unlikely to happen since portions of Prabhu's film still need to be shot because the director took a break earlier in the year to promote his last film, 'R...Rajkumar'," explains the source.

When Rohit was offered the tele show, he consulted Ajay who suggested he host KKK in Argentina in February-March while he completed his earlier commitment.
