Salman Khan's much awaited film 'Jai Ho' that releases in January has already been hogging headlines. The title song of the film that is being currently shot in Mumbai will sadly not feature Salman.

The title song reportedly will be played during the opening credits of the film. According to a report in India Today, Salman's entry will only be after the song is over and that explains his absence from the same.

The song has been composed by Daboo Malik's son Amal Malik. Amal is said to have done two other songs in the film. His brother Armaan Malik has also lend his voice to one song in the film.

As Salman fans wait for the release of their superstar's next, news of A R Rahman slapping charges against filmmaker Sohail Khan has cropped up. Rahman, who had trademarked the title ' Jai Ho' after his Oscar winning number has allegedly hired a lawyer and is making an out-of-court settlement with the Khans.
