His refusal to be a part of the new season of “Comedy Circus” may not go down well with the channel and the production house as Kapil Sharma’s action may be interpreted as him having become too big for his boots. It was due to his appearances in all the previous season of the show that Kapil had gained prominence and turned into an overnight star.
Initially agreeing to be a part of the project, Kapil’s backing out was a last minute decision leaving the channel and the producers high and dry. In spite of them wanting Kapil to be a part of the show, he is unable to do so for the fact that Kapil’s hands are full at the moment with two of his current ongoing shows namely “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa – Dancing with the Stars” and “Comedy Nights with Kapil” leaving him with no time to take up any new assignments.
The new season of the comedy show titled “Comedy Circus Ke Mahabali” will once again have Archana Puran Singh and Arbaaz Khan judging the contestants and Shruti Seth hosting the show. Few of the names which are likely participants of the show are that of Vinay Pathak, Rakhi Sawant and debutant Jamie, daughter of famed comedian Johnny Lever.
