Fremantle to launch crime based show on ‘Colors’It seems that the production house Fremantle Media wants to have a share of their shows on every channel as they are planning towards working on their goal. While they have a singing reality show “Indian Idol” on ‘Sony TV’, plans of having a social drama on ‘Star Plus’ are already in the pipeline.

And now, the latest is about Fremantle Media coming out with a crime based thriller show to be aired on ‘Colors’. Tentatively titled “Lifeline”, the pilot episode of the show has been shot and approved by the channel. The show will highlight on crime cases as they get solved by a team of officers.

The show which will be aired once a week will have a team of crime officers lead by three individuals namely Manish Chaudhari, Sara Khan and newcomer Rishi Verma. Manish Chaudhuri is a well known name as far as small screen as well as big screen is concerned. Having acted in Sony TV’s show “Powder”, he has Bollywood movies like “Raaz” and “Rocket Singh – Salesman of the Year” to his credit.
