The makers of the Star Plus’ show, “Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya” season 2, are awaiting a go ahead signal from the channel, having already shot and submitted the pilot episode of the show, for their approval. The news, about the show making a comeback, has been in circulation within the television circles, for quite some time now.
Actress Neha Marda of “Balika Vadhu” fame is likely to make her comeback to the small screen, with this show. Actor Yashdeep Nain will essay the male lead opposite Pooja Gor, in this new season of the show. The makers have made an addition of one more character that of Samar, Shakti’s son, to the show’s plot. Samar will bear personality traits, completely opposite of his father, Shakti and will be shown as a peace loving person refraining from getting into fights and arguments. Having being brought up by Pratigya (Pooja Gor) he has managed to imbibe her good qualities in himself.
Actor Niveen A Ramani, who has been signed to essay the role of Samar, was last seen in a pivotal role in Zee TV’s show, “Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein”. Actors like, Jaswant Menaria and Shyam Anupam, from the first season, are also a part of the season two and along with Niveen, Pooja and Neha were a part of the pilot shoot.
