Destiny struck a double blow to actress Rukhsar Rehman, of “Kuch Toh Log Kahenge” fame, when she recently lost her father, Lateefur Rehman Khan, soon after the deaths of her grandfather and her mother. Rukhsar is more disappointed with the fact, that her father a retired IAS officer, had no previous health complications as such, and even at the age of 73 he was absolutely fit and fine.
Having lost both her parents, Rukhsar feels totally depressed and lost. Just back from her hometown, after the completion of the final rites of her father, Rukhsar plans to immerge herself in work, to overcome the loss and depression.
After her show, “Kuch Toh Log Kahenge” coming to an end, Rukhsar is in talks for some new projects, which are in the pipeline. She is being offered negative as well as positive roles, but she will take the final call, only after she comes out of her personal tragedy.
