With Shoaib Ibrahim aka Prem of “Sasural Simar Ka”, sticking to his decision of quitting the show, the makers started their hunt, for finding a suitable replacement, for his character. But fortunately they did not have to wait for too long, as actor Dheeraj Dhoopar, agreed to essay the character of Prem.
Dheeraj, who has previously featured in popular shows like, “Kuch Toh Log Kahenge” and “Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg”, will be seen making his entry, somewhere in mid March. Interesting plot and storyline were the factors which made Dheeraj agree to be a part of the project.
But on the flip side, Shoaib, unhappy over the way his track was shaping up, was forced to take the decision of quitting. But Dheeraj remained positive about his character gaining prominence, with the hope that the makers will look into his track and make it more effective, in the coming days.
