After making a name for herself, with her popular show, “Bhabhi”, instead of opting for television career, Dolly Sohi found settling down in marital bliss, a better option. Hence one fine day she chucked everything aside and married a Canada based software engineer, Avneet Dhanowa, and shifted to Vancouver, for good.
But as they say, you can take a person out of the acting profession, but you cannot take acting out of a person. Soon enough Dolly bored with her routine life at Vancouver, started missing the arc lights of the glamour world. And now after three and a half years of marriage and having a two and half year old kid, Dolly is once again back to the grind of the studios, doing television shows.
Dolly makes her comeback with the Zee TV’s show, “Hitler Didi”, where she essays the role of Noor, Rohit Roy’s Pakistani wife. For the first time she will be playing a negative character role. Dolly’s future plans are to go in for production of Punjabi movies.
