He has many firsts to his credits, like being the first one to play a lead role, in spite of being middle aged; he is the first one on the small screen to change the concept of male leads being slim, tall and good looking. And now another first, has been joined to the name of actor, Ram Kapoor, that of lip locking with his female lead.
Ram Kapoor is the first to be credited with doing a full on smooch scene, with his co-star, Sakshi Tanwar, in the highly hyped love making sequence, in Balaji Telefilms show, “Bade Acche Lagte Hain”. Although the said episode got mixed reactions from certain section of the people, the high TRP’s of the episode, said it all in the end.
Currently Ram Kapoor, though not all satisfied with the roles coming his way, is quite happy being in the space he is at the moment. He knows the power of television medium, which is now also being acknowledged even by the Bollywood industry.
