The ‘Star Plus’ show, “Mujhse Kuchh Kehti …Yeh Khamoshiyaan” has been under the scanner for quite some time now, due to its dipping TRP’s. Even the frequent twists and the turns by the creative team failed to change its fortunes. And to further add to its already existing woes, the show’s lead actor, Mohit Sehgal, decided to quit the show, citing health issues.
And now to hammer the final nail on the coffin, the channel has decided to take a call on the show’s closure. As per some reliable sources, the show “Khamoshiyaan” will come to an end, with its last airing taking place on 23rd February 2013, in form of a Maha Episode.
There is a strong possibility of, “Saraswatichandra”, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s dream project, taking the slot left vacant by, “Khamoshiyaan”, at 7.30 pm. Earlier, there was speculations about, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s show, being offered the 8.00 pm slot, thereby pushing the existing show, “Kaali Ek Punar Avatar” at 11 pm slot. But with “Khamoshiyaan” being taken off, problems of time slot seemed to have been sorted out.
