Kavita Kaushik’s transformation from cop to UP girl

After playing the dabangg and dynamic cop, Chandramukhi Chautala, in her show, “FIR”, actress Kavita Kaushik now under goes a total transformation for her latest upcoming show, “Tota Weds Maina”. She essays the role of bubbly and a chirpy girl hailing from UP.

Kavita is excited at having the opportunity to play the role of Maina, as she feels that the character is an extension of her own self, to a certain extent. In her real life Kavita too is an outspoken and a happy-go-lucky girl, same as Maina. While in her earlier show, “FIR” she had the chance to speak in Haryanvi dialect, this new show requires her to have an UP accent.

Kavita’s looks in the show are being designed by, Veera, who although is a first timer for the small screen, has the experience of designing for Bollywood movies, “Vicky Donor” and “Phas Gaye Re Obama”. The clothes have been designed, keeping in mind the background of the characters.
