As per the plot of the show, “Diya Aur Baati Hum”, the lead pair, Deepika Singh and Anas Rashid aka Sandhya and Sooraj, respectively, were to proceed to Ajmer, as per the wishes of Bhabho. Some tender and romantic moments were shared between the couple in Ajmer.
But instead of shooting the sequences at actual locations in Ajmer, the production house decided to shoot them at Mumbai itself, by just giving the backdrop o0f Ajmer city. But now it seems that the makers have decided to go Ajmer and shoot some of the scenes for their upcoming episodes.
The show will depict a track of a God’s idol being discovered in the ground of the very school that Sandhya studies. Getting the news of the miracle, people from far off places will come to visit the holy site. Even Sandhya’s family makes a visit to the place. The said sequence has been decided to be shot at Ajmer and the entire unit will head to the city for a two day shoot.
