With its two male leads, Kushal Tandon and Karan Tacker, calling a truce after being at loggerheads, all troubles seemed to be have ended on the show, “Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai”. And now comes the news of the show going off air in spite of garnering decent TRP’s.
The channel it seems has decided to pull out the show by mid February 2013. However producer Siddharth Malhotra, sounding optimistic, has refuted the news as just being plain rumors. According to him the channel has not communicated anything on the issue to the production house.
The actors too are unaware of the latest developments. As per the female leads, Krystle D’souza and Nia Sharma, they are very much shooting as per the schedule and also have an outdoor shoot planned shortly. The so called rumors may have aroused due to the channel having some interesting shows lined up for telecast for which it will require time slots and hence may have decided to do away with some current shows. As of now it is a wait and watch situation for the production house as well as the viewers.

common its feb-march , most of the viewers are youngsters so its exam time
after the exams are over im damn sure the show will have its high rating
EHMMBH will return as the no:1 show
