Ragini Khanna’s loss is Suhasi Dhami’s gain, as the former just lost the chance to feature in Gulshan Sachdeva’s new show, “Biwi Hai Sab Jaanti Hai”. As reported earlier the plot of the show is about a journalist married to a cop. After the marriage the scenario changes, with the cop forcing his journalist wife to quit her job and turn into a housewife.
Suhasi Dhami who will be featuring along with the male lead, Anirudh Dave, was the second choice of the makers. Ragini Khanna who was last seen in “Sasural Genda Phool” was originally finalized to play the character of the journalist. Things were almost finalized, with Ragini even signing the contract papers. But somehow things went wrong, with Ragini having some date problems.
The situations lead to a, friction between the, production house and the channel, with the latter calling, for more alternatives for the role. This resulted in Suhasi Dhami coming in place of Ragini Khanna.
Ragini was very much disappointed at the turn of events, as she was looking forward to work with the production house. But she consoles herself blaming her destiny in not being able to be a part of the show.
