There is a strong buzz surrounding the much awaited show, “Saraswati Chandra” which marks the entry of ace producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali into the field of television screen for the first time. The show to be aired on, ‘Star Plus’, has been in the limelight for quite some time now.
After having completed their first schedule in Dubai, the show will soon hit the small screen, as a likely replacement for “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon”. “Saraswati Chandra” has an ensemble of interesting star-cast, with actors like, Jennifer Winget, Gautam Rode, Chetan Pandit and Monica Bedi having been finalized to play some pivotal roles.
Latest to join the long list of actors is, Mehul Kajaria, who has been roped in by the production house, for essaying an important character on the show. Mehul will be seen playing, Gyan Chatur, a character with a grey touch to his personality.
He will be a part of the female lead’s family. Mehul Kajaria has shows like, “Teen Bahuraniyaan”, “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” and “Kehta Hai Dil” to his credit. As the days go by, the show is generating more and more interest, amongst the viewers.
