Actor Aniruddh Dave seems to be one lucky actor, who after his show, “Ruk Jaana Nahin” going off air recently, is already in talks for bagging a role in writer-turned-producer, Sanjay Masoomm’s upcoming show, “Gaziapur Ki Housewife” for ‘Zee TV’.
The actor although on the verge of being finalized for the role, may face a small hurdle, before smooth sailing. Aniruddh is rumored to be under a two year contract with the channel, ‘Star Plus’ and can only work in the shows airing on the channel. Since this new show is being aired on a rival channel, Aniruddh will need to get a clearance from ‘Star Plus’ before he can sign on the dotted line.
The plot of the new show, “Gazaipur Ki Housewife” is an interesting one, the story revolving around, a police officer and his journalist wife. Set in the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh, the story will take an interesting turn when, the cop asks his wife to put in her resignation and manage the house.
Aniruddh Dave is likely to play the lead role of the cop, provided he gets an NOC from ‘Star Plus’.
