The channel, ‘SAB TV’, has gone in for some major alterations, as far as the telecast of their shows is concerned. With, “Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaaal Hai”, being pulled off air, and its other show, “R K Laxman Ki Duniya’, being shifted to 7.30 pm slot, there remains some changes, due to take place soon.
The latest is about their show, “Lapataganj”, likely to wind up, by January 2013. The makers have already started the process of cost savings measures, by reducing the number of actors, per episode. It is likely that the show, after being taken off in January, may see its comeback with season 2, after some few months.
Since the producer of the show, Ashwini Dheer, is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie, “Son of Sardaar”, he could not provide much detail about the channel planning to take his show, “Lapataganj”, off air.
