Actor Sudhanshu Pandey, who was last seen in “Jhansi Ki Rani” is returning back to the small screen after a long hiatus. He has been signed to play the role of a father, having two kids in the show titled, “Veera”. It is not difficult for him portraying the role, as he himself is a father to an 11 year old, in real life.
According to Sudhanshu, there was a time when actors had reservations about playing elder character roles, due to age factor. However he is completely at ease playing the young father. His role in the new show is that of a cameo, lasting for 15 episodes. He is portraying a emotionally intense character of the village sarpanch, Sampurn Singh. The role has substance to showcase his acting skills.
Sudhanshu Pandey has also done quite a few Bollywood films. As far as small screen is concerned, he is mostly seen doing cameo roles. According to him acting is a tedious and stressful job, difficult to be handled by everybody.
