Her performance on “Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 5” has been one of the most consistent throughout the show. Rashmi Desai’s hard work and sincerity has paid off, with her making it to the top three. Apart from all her amazing performances she also had lady luck favor her, when due to the last minute back out from another contestant, Isha Sharvani, resulted in Rashmi retaining her place in the show.
Rashmi Desai did not imagine herself to reach the finals at the start of the show, as she never considered herself to be that good a dancer. But as the show progressed, so did her confidence in herself. The show helped her in bringing forth her hidden talent, as far as her dancing is concerned.
Whatever the result of the finals, for Rashmi, she already considers herself as the winner, with her, having achieved so much from the show. She never danced for the sake of the marks, but it was always the judges’ comments and the audiences’ love, which mattered most.
Now it is for the people to decide the winner and of course a favor from lady luck once again. Winning or losing apart, Rashmi has already got more than what she had ever imagined.
