The show, “Diya Aur Bati Hum”, by Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd is ruling the TRP charts as the number one show for quite some time now. The current track of Sandhya’s (Deepika Singh) fight against terrorism is retaining the viewers’ interest.
However there will be a change of track in the upcoming episodes, with the terrorism track coming to an end. The story will now focus on, Sandhya’s dream of becoming an IPS officer and her husband, Suraj supporting her whole heartedly, in achieving the same.
However everybody is not supportive of Sandhya’s mission, with Bhabo opposing Sandhya of pursuing higher studies. Bur Suraj will be shown to provide secret support to Sandhya’s plans, without the other members knowing about it. Anas Rashid, who plays the role of Suraj, is hopeful that this new track will be of interest to the audiences and will help in garnering more TRP’s for their show.
