Deven Bhojani is a known face on the television circuit, having portrayed a number of diverse roles on the small screen. However his first foray in the field of production of television shows was not met with the expected results. Deven produced his first television show, “Bhai Bhaiya Aur Brother”, for ‘SAB TV’, along with Vipul Amrutlal Shah.
Unfortunately for Deven the show did not meet the viewers expectations and was pulled off within a few months of its launch, by the channel. Deven feels that, though the content of the show was strong, time slot of the show played the spoilsport. There was competition from the other shows which were being aired during that particular time slot.
Another show on the same channel, “Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaal Hai”, being aired at the same time slot, is also facing similar problems. The show has gone for a time change by the channel and its makers.
Sounding positive, Deven promises that he will ensure that his new show will be planned in such a way that it will not have to be dependent on any time slot.
