Her journey from being an AD (Assistant Director), in the creative department of Balaji Telefilms, to becoming an actor in their show “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain”, is one experience for Ashima Thapar, to remember. She plays the role of Cady, Priya’s best friend and confidante.
Becoming an actress was the last thing on her mind, as she was happy being at the back of the camera. Auditioning for the production house changed the course of her life. She was selected for their show “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain”, and it all seemed like a dream to Ashima. She was overjoyed at the thought of working with actors like, Ram Kapoor, Samir Kocchar and Sakshi Tanwar, whom she had always admired.
Her first day of the shoot went off very well, with her work being appreciated by her co-star Sakshi Tanwar. She has managed to bond well with her co stars, who are always there to help her out. Also her parents are proud of her achievements and love watching her show.
