The promotional journey of Kareena Kapoor continues, with her next halt being the crime thriller show, “CID”, produced by Fireworks Productions. She will be seen promoting her movie, “Heroine”, in one of its upcoming episodes.
The plot of the episode will be about a mentally unsound person and his obsession for, Kareena Kapoor, the Bollywood diva. He is shown to have written letters to her and will end up killing one of her security personnel. This will lead to Kareena, taking the help of CID, to catch hold of the madman.
Akshay Sethi, who was seen in an episodic of “Savdhan India”, will enact the role of the madman. He gets the chance to share screen space with Kareena Kapoor. The young lad seems to be having an attraction in doing episodic shows, as is evident from the fact that, previously also he chose to do “Savdhan India” rather than “Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna”, which is a daily soap, and now this show, “CID”.
