“Byah Hamari Bahu Ka” is a show by Hats Off Productions on ‘Sony Entertainment Television’. However, viewers did not find the plot appealing and thus, the desired numbers were not achieved. Now, it is heard that the show will go off air somewhere in mid October. The proposed date is 18th of October 2012.
The time slot of “Byaah Humari Bahu Ka” will be taken over by “Beauty and the Beast”, a show by Shashi-Sumit Mittal Productions, starring Abhishek Malik, Rohit Khurana and Sargun Mehta as leads.
J.D Majethia did not comment anything about the closure of the show. He said that presently, their main concentration is on improving the ratings of the show. Currently, they are taking things positively. A new track has also been introduced in the show, wherein a mysterious character would enter. This phase is interesting and if they get good numbers, they would definitely stay on.
