His role as Baapji, in the show “Hawan” is convincing enough for people taking, Narendra Jha, being an old person in actuality. People have formed an image of him, as that of an aged person with grey hair. He has a tough time in convincing people of his actual age, not being that old.
Recently on his visit to a Gujarat temple, he had to take great pains in making people believe, him being the same person portraying the role of Baapji. Only after he recited a dialogue from his show, were the people convinced. It irritates him no end, sometimes.
Narendra refused to disclose his real age, as he felt that it may have a affect on his fan following. On his marital status, he is very much single at the moment, with no immediate plans of marriage. His future assignment is playing, Swami Sradhanand, in a telefilm, role which has spiritual tones, once again.
