Earlier, it was reported that Jay Bhanushali, who plays the role of Anuj in “Kairi” on ‘Colors’ was replaced owing to some tantrum issues. The latest news is the Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd. wants the replacement at the earliest. Naman Shaw has been finalised but the approval of channel is required.
As per FilmiTown.com sources, the production house has no option other than replacing Jay, as he was missing shoots and was acting truant. It is also heard that Jay has managed to bag a movie. Owing to this, he wanted a forty-five day leave from the “Kairi” sets, thus leading to replacement.
Earlier even Dheeraj Dhoopar was zeroed down by the creatives for this role. However, he took up “Kuch Toh Log Kahenge” on ‘Sony Entertainment Television’. It is a co-incidence that Jay and Naman are very good friends off-screen.
A mock shot of Naman and Preeti Chaudhary, who plays the role of Ambi has already been taken for sensing their chemistry, on-screen.
