It is celebrations time for ‘Zee TV’, as the channel has achieved a big landmark in the world of television. The channel which was launched, in the year 1992, has completed 20 years of non-stop entertainment, having a reach of over 120 countries, and boasting a viewership of 500 million people. The celebrations are planned to continue till October 2012.
The 20 long years journey of the channel has been one an eventful one, with a compilation of variety of programs, highlighting the social issues along with providing wholesome entertainment. Some of their shows are a milestone in itself, like “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa”, “Antakshari” and the recent, “Dance India Dance”.
A grand event titled “Zee Entertaining Nights” has been planned, to take place all over the Indian cities. Actors from the ‘Zee TV’ stable, yesteryears to the present ones will grace the occasion. Singers and dancers, that are the find of the channel, will perform at the event.
