A new show on Sony TV is soon to be launched by the production house of Shashi-Sumeet Mittal. The show is based on the popular fairy tale “Beauty and the Beast”. The production house has given some very successful shows like, “Punar Vivah”, “Diya Aur Bati Hum” and “Mein Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki”, in the past.
Abhishek Malik, Rohit Khurana and Sargun Mehta are some of the actors who have been finalized for essaying important roles in the show. New additions of, Bhuvan Chopra and Pyumori Mehta, have been made to the star cast. Pyumori Mehta and Bhuvan Chopra will essay the role of Sargun’s parents.
Pyumori Mehta and Bhuvan Chopra were last seen in “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon” and “Kya Hua Tera Vaada” respectively. Pyumori has already worked for the production house in “Punar Vivah”. She is excited to portray the character of a typical Punjabi mother for the first time.
