Ekta Kapoor is a considered as a pioneer, as far as time leap in the serials are concerned. Now her latest show “Parichay” will undergo a time leap of nine years. After a taut courtroom drama, the story of Kunal and Siddhi will move on, with both of them shown having nine year old twins.
The twins will be shown staying separately with each of the parent. The personalities of both the children are in total contrast. While Anand staying with his father is a disciplined and a mature child, the other also named, Anand, staying with his mother, is shown as a complete prankster, living a pampered life. The story will proceed further with both the twins coming together and plotting to make their parents patch up with each other.
The characters of the twins are being played by Mumbai lads, Apurva and Anmol Jyotir, who are twins in real life. Ekta Kapoor insisted on getting actual twins, instead of the usual one child enacting both the roles. The boys are equally excited to make their debut with the reputed production house of Balaji.
