Krystle D’Souza has slowly but gradually began identifying with the character of Jeevika, which is being essayed by her in the Star Plus show “Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai”. She plays the role of an elder sister to, Maanvi, a cancer patient. She is shown as being very protective towards her, the same way as her elder brother is about her, in real life. She can now understand that, the concern her brother had for her was for her well being.
Jeevika finds herself at the crossroads of life, after knowing the fact about Virat and Maanvi being in love. In spite of knowing her sister’s condition, she is unable to state her feelings openly. As a daughter-in-law, she has to also consider the future of Virat, who happens to be her brother-in-law. In the meantime, she extends her support to her mother-in-law, in case she decides to get married to Rajiv Talwar.
Krystle feels that after playing the role of Jeevika, she has grown into a matured person. She feels very much similar to Jeevika, the only difference being that while Jeevika is a crybaby, Krystle is a brave and bold girl in real life.
