Colors much-hyped show ‘Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon’ has disappointed in terms of reviews and TRPs. The show is about a simple girl Madhubala and her relationship with a superstar RK.
The show’s TRP has been dripping for the past few weeks and according to latest statistics, its TVR is 1.8. The person who is most worried about this is not Vahbbiz Dorabjee, the girlfriend of show’s male protagonist Vivian D’Sena.
Vahbbiz expressed her concerns on Twitter. She wrote, “Hi guys a request 4 u all..the trps of Madhubala r dipping..plz watch it at sharp 8.30pm. NOT on the net. It will help the show..spread d word (sic).”
Vahbbiz is disappointed in the Indian audience, who according to her, only likes saas-bahu serials. Vivian’s last show, Pyaar Ki Yeh Kaahani also didn’t get rating, even though it featured a different story. Another show, Aasman Se Aage also had the same fate.
Vahbbiz says that she tweeted this about the show because many youngsters watch the show online and their TRP doesn’t get registered.
However, the concerns about TRP are not shared by Vivian. He says that TRPs are not accurate and he is not worried about it. Being an actor, he is only concerned with his performance.
