There’s some sad news for the fans of super star Sunny Deol, who were excited about his television debut reality show, ‘Jaanbaaz’. If reports are to be believed, the show has been cancelled due to some problems.
The show was going to feature armature stunt men fighting for a chance to direct an action sequence in a Bollywood film. The production company had even shot 15 episodes of the show.
Zee TV had hinted that the show will go on air after IPL 2012. But there is no news about Sunny’s show yet. Moreover, ‘Dance India Dance Li’l Masters’ is already on air and ‘Shaabash India’ and another new game show will be on air very soon.
The reason behind the delay seems to be a conflict between makers of ‘Jaanbaaz’ and the channel. Channel wanted the makers to reshoot the episodes in HD. The channel even planned to re-shoot 25 episodes in Maharashtra, but it didn’t work out. Rain and other technical problems, along with Sunny’s dates’ problem brought the shooting a grinding halt.
Let’s hope that Sunny Deol’s fans are able to catch him on TV sooner than later.
