It is a known fact that the actors shooting for their shows day and night have to rely on the food that is served by the production house. Hence if they get a chance to taste homemade food bought by their colleagues, it is a welcome change for them.
The same happened on the sets of ‘Kya Hua Tera Vaada’, where the unit got a pleasant surprise from its lead actor Pawan Shanker. Hailing from Bihar, he bought a special Bihari delicacy called Litti-Choka for the entire unit, specially prepared at his home.
His idea was to ensure that the cast and crew break free from the monotonous routine of eating the regular unit food. The dish, Litti is made of wheat flour and Sattu, which is best eaten with Choka, prepared by mixing mashed potatoes with mustard oil, onion and chillies, cooked in either butter or ghee.
It is completely an authentic Bihari delicacy. The food was lip-smacking and thoroughly enjoyed by every unit member.
