His role as Ishaan, in the serial “Sasural Genda Phool” on Star Plus, gave him name, fame and recognition. In spite of the show being taken off air for the last two months, there is no dearth of work for Jay Soni aka Ishaan. Offers from various channels are pouring in to keep him busy.
His co-star in ‘Sasural Genda Phool’, Ragini Khanna, has been approached for hosting the season 5 of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ on Colors TV. In another upcoming show on the same channel, Jay Soni will be seen as playing the main lead.
The show which is co production of Swapna Waghmare Joshi and Maverick Productions is likely to go on air soon. However Jay Soni refused to confirm his presence on the show as nothing is finalized as yet between him and the production house. However the fans are eagerly waiting for his comeback on the small screen.
