VJ turned actor Rannvijay Singh has become a popular youth icon ever since he emerged as a winner on ‘MTV Roadies’. Rannvijay has been hosting the same show every season thereafter. Of late, the rumors were rife that the veteran is quitting from MTV.
And the news broke on micro-blogging site, Twitter wherein his fan frenzy popped up with disappointment. The post stating about Rannvijay’s exit from the channel trended over the weekend and grabbed many eyeballs.
However, Rannvijay himself went on to shot down the rumors and said that he isn’t leaving the channel. Furthermore, after a while the news broke out that this entire saga was a planned hoax by the MTV channel in an “aaj ka bakra” style. Though the rumors proved to be false, it however has churned out the fact that Rannvijay has huge fan frenzy across the globe.
Following it was Rannvijay’s post on Twitter which read: “A true Roadie never quits!” We must say that you posses the true Roadie spirit Rannvijay!
