In spite of it being launched with much fanfare and hopes of gaining high TRP’s pinned on the show, Bag films “Sapno Ke Bhanwar Mein” on “Life OK” fell short of the expectations. The show boasted of star cast like Vandana Joshi and Rahul Singh who showed lots of promise with their talent.
Finally the news has come that it is curtains for the show which is set to wind up next month, June 2012. The reason of its failures is many to start with. Firstly, the basic concept on which it was based, infamous Jessica Lal murder case, was not dealt with properly.
Viewers started losing interest in the serial. Secondly, it failed on proper marketing and promotion levels, which was not up to the mark. The show that will be replacing ‘Sapno Ke..’ is Hats Off Production’s ‘Alakshmi’.
However, no official announcement has been made as yet by the production house.
