Aamir Khan aka Mr. Perfectionist’s much-hyped TV show ‘Satyamev Jayate’, in its launch pad episode was viewed by a large number of audiences while grabbing a rating of 3 TVR.
Inspite of grabbing many eyeballs, the show reportedly failed to beat the highest rated TVR to Amitabh Bachchan’s show ‘KBC 5′. With this, we have compiled a report on the highest rated TVR’s of television shows hosted by Bollywood actors.
Here’s a quick review about the Bollywood stars’ small screen success. With many superstars having made a foray into the television world, it’s undoubtly megastar Amitabh Bachchan who steals the light on small screen review as well. Big B hosted the reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’s’ various seasons and all the while he managed to garner a great number of viewership.
And when King Khan took over ‘KBC’ in it’s third season, the TRP then as well generated a good number. Another Khan, Salman Khan who hosted ‘Dus Ka Dum’ managed to garner a good number of viewership and post that with the return of Amitabh Bachchan on the fourth season of ‘KBC’ proved that he is the “shahanshah” of small screen.
Furthermore, Aamir Khan’s much awaited and talked about TV show received an opening TVR of 3 which certainly is less than TVR’s of other shows hosted by other Bollywood celebrities.
