Pinky Chinoy who will be choreographing an item number for ‘Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon’ an upcoming show on Colors, is producing a show called ‘Betiyan Vardan Hoti Hai’ for Doordarshan.
The show is being produced under the banner of Pink Magic Pvt Ltd which has earlier produced ‘Mangalsutra Ek Maryada’. The story of the new show is about how four girls from different families come together to fight the evils of the society.
They sincerely want to contribute in making the country a better place to live. They are helped by a character whose role will be enacted by Pinky herself. The show also boasts of big names like Kader Khan, Poonam Dhillon, Kiran Kumar and Reema in the important supporting roles.
The girls selected to play the main leads are Aarti Puri, Jyoti Makkar, Monaz Mevawala and Malika Malhotra. The shooting of the pilot episode has been already been completed in Panvel and Mumbai. The serial which has been shot on a huge canvas will certainly be worth a look.
