The show on Colors “All Is Well”, has failed to connect with the audiences from the second episode itself. What does a viewer make out from the show where the celebrity guest, a Bollywood actor, has more information and can provide more tips on health, than the qualified doctor who is hosting the show.
After the first episode, the show has failed to sustain the interest of the viewers. The reasons for the same could be many. Firstly the overall personality of Dr. Ahluwalia, host of the show has failed to click with the viewers, whom they are finding it as boring.
Secondly, even the presence of actor like Salman Khan as the guest has failed to evoke any interest of the viewers. Finally, the production values of the show are not upto the mark. The editing and the shooting is of poor quality.
The second episode dealt with the problems of osteoporosis and Dr Ahluwalia, who inspite of being a orthopedic surgeon himself was not very comfortable and confident in handling the queries related to the problems.
Also the examples that were demonstrated for explaining the problems of the disease were not upto the mark and were irrelevant to the issues. Just by imitating the mannerisms of the international show does not put the Indianised version on the same level. The makers have to put their act together to make the serial watchable and retain the interest of the viewers.
