Viewers are eagerly waiting for “Satyamev Jayate”, tremendous ripples have been created throughout the country by this Aamir Khan’s show. However, it fails to make an impact in Karnataka. In spite of several first-timers and powerful advertisements, this serial is not accepted in the South.
TV schedules in the state of Karnataka have chopped off the debut of Aamir Khan on TV. Due to self-enforced and self-imposed ban, people of Karnataka won’t be able to watch this show. There is a ban on dubbed serials and this is the main reason for people of Karnataka missing out on “Satyamev Jayate”. Kannada remakes are not allowed by the film industry of Kannada.
The president of KTA (Karnataka Television Association), Ravi Kiran, is of the opinion that there are so many serials on air and there is lots of post production and production work. But if dubbing comes into the picture, actors transform into dubbing actors and programs are no more original.
Viewers are against this ban and desire the availability of this serial in all languages.

LAGE RAHO AAMIR BHAI
Hi Aamir,
I have always enjoyed your movies. Though I have been hearing about your programme for some time , today was the first time I got to see the programme as there was a technical problem with our cable connection and also as I am a working woman my time was limited. It is a great step that you have taken. I don’t know whether you have bought any malayalees to this show. But I would request you to do that as I see a lot of dowry giving and dowry asking marriages around me. In kerala whether you are rich or poor we see a lot of money borrowed and otherwise being spent on weddings. Please do something here to create awareness among youngsters.
Dear Aamir,
Words are not there to appreciate your heart felt concerned for the suffering of masses. But each problem is so deep rooted, ancient, that one episode for one problem is like announcing it and walking further.Real revolution can be brought only if one social evil is embedded in jantas heart and taken further for few episodesotherwise in one episode first one looses its impact.
It is popular and effective like RAMAYAN but varied topics short duration losses the stir and long impact.
But no words for your real heroic humane effort. All our wishes,GODS BLESSINGS.THANK YOU
Salaam Amir bhai,
Watched your heart-wrenching episodes on social issues affecting the masses in India
on Starustav. Indians living all over the world can watch this and I am from Fiji but live in Australia.
It is good to educate people with such programmes like the topical issues you bring affecting the poor masses. It is time that in this 21st century people wake up and leave many social evils and rituals that they are bogged in. Keep up the good work!
