Having started his small screen journey as a contestant of “Indian Idol”, Meiyang Chang’s popularity has grown leaps and bounds and he has managed to carve a niche for himself and become a household name over a short period of time.
He has time and again proved his singing and hosting prowess and that is the reason why he is being considered as a strong contender for hosting the next season of “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa”.
According to sources, nothing as such has been confirmed or finalized as of now and the producers and the channel have shown a keen interest to have him on board as a host. His being the winner of the last season and a popular face, may give a boost to the decision of his selection.
Meiyang Chang also confirmed the fact of being approached by the Channel, but denied anything being finalized as yet. He said that initially the contestants may be selected and only after that the production house may think of finalizing the host.
