“Imagine TV” that aired many daily soaps had been trying hard to establish a firm foothold in the Hindi Television Industry. But the sad news that has accompanied is that the channel authorities have been asked to cease their business operations of the channel as the decision to shut down the channel has been made.
Our sources reported that this will come into the practice from today i.e April 12, 2012. Furthermore, if sources are to be believed, the channel had been sagging in the dipping TRP race and was unable to garner the minimum ratings.
Although some programmes on the channel delivered the satisfactory ratings, the authorities decided to cease the channels’ operations taking into account the overall ratings of the channel. Reportedly, all the programmes on the channel will feature their last episodes today and then after the channel will re-run all the serials.

We used to watch NDTV Imagine serials like Meera, Prithviraj Chuhan, Sanidev Ki Mahima, Chandra Gupta Maurya.
We are missing the last two which were telecast on Saturdays.
Please do something to continue the above two. NDTV can do something.

A great cheating by channel. every day it was like festival while watching DWARKADEESH SRI KRISHNA. at 8 i use to come running to hear the glory jai ho dwarkadish. krishna was so cute. now any hopes again!

Kindly restart the serial Mahima Shanidev Ki. It was a very good serial with a moral for everyone to learn and follow. The Serial Chandragupth Mourya was par excellant. We truly miss seeing these 2 serials very much.

NDTV imagine serials were highly liked in Iran too. Although most people did not understand the language but they liked watching it. I at work use to talk with colleagues who watched these serials especially preeto and baba aiso var dhondo. I knowing hindi used to translate some of the parts which were missed by family , friends and colleagues.
Well it was a good channel with good serials. There may be other reasons for shutting down!!!!!
