Television actress Amita Nangia shot to fame with her first onscreen presence in TV serial “Taara” and then “Hum Paanch”.
Presently, Amita is seen as Pammi in Rajan Shahi’s TV show “Jamuna Paar”. Amita’s character in Rajan Shahi’s “Jamuna Paar” carries a negative role.
The actress said that the things are far different from the time she had started her career in television industry. She also mentioned that in the earlier times, there used to be no auditions for the actors / actresses, as it completely used to be producers choice to rope in which actor/actress for which role.
But the times have now changed and the things have become much more systematic and planned says Amita. She mentioned that she was called for the audition for Rajan Shahi’s show “Jamuna Paar” but she didn’t receive any reply from their end for long. And finally she happened to meet Rajan Shahi who gave her a brief about the role.
Amita also added that her journey in the television industry has been wonderful so far and she is looking forward to do some more great work in her acting career.
