The new version of Zee TV’s super hit dance reality show “Dance India Dance Li’l Masters” was launched in Kolkata today. “Dance India Dance Li’l Masters” is all set to bring out the dancing talent of kids. Before Kolkata, auditions were held in Guwahati, Patna, Jaipur and Baroda.
Finalist of Dance India Dance and mentor of DID Li`l masters season one, Jai Kumar Nair, said that the standards will be kept high and only three contestants from 1000 can make it to the show.
He also added that Bengal is culturally very rich and he presumes that there is a lot of talent in the state. He said they are merging various dance forms like western and eastern to create a very lively and modern unique style.
Nair quotes the example of an ex contestant ‘Jeetumoni’ who won the season one and even got the ultimate ‘Golden Super Wings Crown’ as the best dancer. He is now busy gathering praise for hid dancing skill around the globe.
