Veteran dancer Shakti Mohan who bagged the “DID” 2010 title has made it to the headlines yet again. Shakti is currently seen on the “Channel [V]‘s” famous show “Dil Dosti Dance”. Shakti made her debut in the telly industry with “D3″ and has managed to grab many eyeballs. Hold your heart people because what we are going to tell you now will be very disheartening for Shakti’s fans.
Here is the real dope – Shakti Mohan has decided to make an exit from “D3″ as she will soon be moving to New York to sharpen her dance skills. Veteran dancer Shakti said that it will be wrong to say that she is quitting the show because she is doing it just to excel in life and sharpen her dancing skills.
Shakti said that she has always dreamt of moving to New York and learning dance and this time she has got a chance to move on in life and chase her dream. She also said that she doesn’t want “D3″ to be affected by her exit. Though the course Shakti has opted for will last for three months but the veteran has not given any commitments of returning back to India or doing the show after she gets back. And this is because she said that she doesn’t want to restrict herself to any commitments as of now and she would want to make the most of this chance that has come her way.
With a heavy heart, Sahkti added that she is delighted that some of her fans are supporting her to move on and learn more while some are really sad because she won’t be seen in the show February onwards. If reports are to be believed, Shakti’s character in “D3″ as Kria will be taken off in the mid of this month.
