Dashing hunk, Mohit Raina who plays the role of ‘Lord Shiva’ in the super hit tele show “Devon Ke Dev: Mahadev” is having the time of his life!
‘Mahadev’ not only has climbed popularity charts like anything but Mohit has a new lease of life with the show. He did some stints in the past too, Mohit is not new to the cameras. He played a role in the serial “Ganga Ki Dheej” and another one in the horror serial “Chehra”. However, both the roles could not get him the desired popularity. Now, the lad from picturesque Kashmir is talk of the town!
Mohit discloses that he was under immense pressure regarding this role as this combines mythology, divinity and human touch. He says he researched a lot about Lord Shiva but could not find any substantial information about Shiva’s mannerisms and personality.
Mohit is really excited with his and the show’s success in telly world and loves his fans in the virtual world and tries to connect with them on Twitter and Facebook as far as possible.

I did nt know Mohit before…I jst remembered to see him in Chehra..bt i dint watch the serial,so i was least interest.
But now d scenerio is completely changed!!!I’ve bcm a big fan of him after wtchng him as mahadev in DKDM.He is just aptly perfect for the role of shiva.His xpression,deep voice,xcllnt acting,masculinity,toned body is just fitted for the role of shiva.Ur eyes is like i-can-lost-into-seas of ur eyes!

Let first compliment u for the cast of Mahadev which suits u lot for ur personality… hope u have been give very less dialogues but U have come out standing… Only one thing I would like to tell u that where is ur third eye in ur character make up. AS we know that Mahadev had 3 eyes is there any story behind that or ………………………………

I must say DKDM is just amazing, and Mohit, the Lord Shiva is just outstanding. Your personality, your expressions and your act is excellent.. we watch this serial without fail and just waiting for Lord Shiva’s entry in every episode. Your pair with Sati (Moini)is too good.
Wish this episode duration could be made little longer (min. 30 minutes to 60 minutes) and we can see Lord Shiva (Mohit) more often on the screen.

I saw an ad in which they have shown Mahadev in Rudra roop…..I was just stunned looking at you ,….my god cannot explain the way i felt …will be seeing the complete episode today……please ask your director to increase the time to atleast one hour…it is just getting interesting and interesting ….here in Kuwait your serial comes at 07:00 pm and that is the time when I usually do puja….but nowdays…i see the serial and then do my puja….and even while praying i have you as Mahadev in mind…mahadev is so real in you….i really wish to see you in real…………

Mohit Parvati is not properly selected.she lacks acting skills.her dialogue-delivery very poor as if a three yr child crying for toys.tell the producer to change her.we r ready to accept a new face but not to compromise with the standard of the serial.why dent u all cast someone from south ‘coz their tall nd proportionate physique may match Parvati’s role.

It is hard for me to address u like dat. Since, I have really started believing u 2 b LORD SHIVA himself. I’m not a mere fan of urs……..I’m an admirer of sheer brilliance dat u (most probably) possess to play the Character so very well. I think the Lord has His special blessings on u.
For me, at least, U r almost d exact way Lord Shiva must look- an epitome of patience/perseverance/great looks/good physical appearance (read it physique)/soft spoken/ assertive………the list shall go on. Bhagwaan ko shabd kahaan baandh sakte hain?
I was extremely hurt when on an award show, u didn’t get the BEST ACTOR’s trophy. But, later I realised, hw cud the Almighty b felicitated by humans?(;-) )………..U R Brilliant, as an actor/Lord Shiva!
Note: Just 1 suggestion- Words like ‘KHUSHI / Zaroorat’ (which are sometimes used) ought to be replaced by ‘Prasannata n AAvashyakta.’
