as mentioned previously, the ‘imtiaz ali’ factor has worked wonders for the Kapoor clan–now bagging a first for Ranbir-and, deservedly so!
also, Rani Mukherji”s “late” win, after going into obscurity, is welcome news for this brilliant thespian——–and one in which she uses expletives!
milan luthria (a Raj Khosla poduct) should have won for TDP, after failing last year with OUATIB
no khans in the list?–salman, SRK, rahet, farah, irrfan, imran, —except for a costume designer (TDP)
finally, congratulations
the rani mukherjee award………………well deserved……an indian version of the erin brokovich character which got julia her first oscar…………..
she handled the role well, considering her “seedhi-saadhi” roles in the past-this one was “kick-ass”-and done with aplomb!
just when everyone thought what ever happened to rani,
she springs a surprise, and an award to boot……….but, in tandem with vidya, they are great!
her “talash” should be one to “search” for………………….opposite aamir-last seen together in GHULAM…………………
one to watch!
